Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sprinkle Joy Studio. Because all of our products are digital downloads we have a specific policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

All Sales Are Final on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download has been accessed or delivered. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases. This includes journal pages, devotional downloads, and any other digital files sold through our store.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product before you buy please reach out to us at info@sprinkletreasures.net and we will be happy to help.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or replacement in the following situations only. If you did not receive your digital download after purchase. If the file you received was corrupted or unable to be opened. If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end.

To request assistance in any of these situations please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at info@sprinkletreasures.net with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice please contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
